Hybrid Working and remote working are becoming the trend of the new era. With the development of digital technology, leaders and employees do not need to go to the office to handle everything well, optimize the experience and bring many conveniences. Electronic signing, especially electronic labor contracts, is one of the solutions to bring excellent employee experience. From January 1, 2021, the Labor Code 2019 officially took effect, allowing employers and employees to enter into electronic labor contracts. From the leading experts in Law & Policy, together with technology, FPT IS cooperated with Vietnam Human Resources Club – VNHR to organize the Seminar “Electronic labor contract between enterprises and employees: legal wording” to implement”, accompanying workers and businesses to effectively apply electronic labor contracts in their operations.

From traditional businesses or dynamic start-ups, all organizations and businesses of all sizes can apply e-contracts easily, securely and legally.
